InCart Return Policy

  1. Return Policy Overview: InCart does not offer refunds or exchanges for purchased items except in specific circumstances outlined below.

  2. Eligibility for Returns:

    • Defective or Damaged Items: If the item(s) you received are faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery, you may request an exchange within 7 days of the original order date.
    • Incorrect or Incomplete Orders: If the product(s) you received differed from your original order or if anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, or original packing, you may request an exchange within 7 days of the original order date.

  3. Exchange Process:

    • To initiate a return, please email pictures of the defective item to info@incart.shop or call at +923495323516 within 7 days after order delivery to raise a dispute.
    • Our team will review the damage, and once the dispute is settled fairly, we will issue a replacement of the same value against the product mentioned in the invoice and send it to the buyer’s address.

  4. Customer Responsibility for Exchanges: In cases of exchange, customers will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs.

  5. Non-Returnable Items: Discounted items, unstitched articles once stitched, wedding wear, couture dresses, and M. Luxe Fabric are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances.

Order Cancellation Policy:

  1. InCart does not offer refunds or money-back guarantees on purchased items.

  2. Cancellation Window: Customers paying via any online payment method may cancel within 24 hours of placing the order. Order amount will not be refunded back; instead, a coupon of the same value will be provided, which can be used to purchase from InCart within the next 60 days.

  3. Order Cancellation by InCart: InCart reserves the right to cancel orders for reasons such as out-of-stock items, damage found during quality check, technical errors, or declined credit card or PayPal payments.

Data Security and Privacy:

  • InCart does not store credit card details nor share customer details with any third parties.
